**About the Role**
Environment Team with the management and control of biosecurity risks at Greenbushes Mine Site. Core functions
of this role will be the control of weed species, feral animal species and dieback, including associated data
management. This role will also support the wider Environmental Team in waste management, environmental
monitoring, and inspections.

**Responsibilities include**:

- carry out weed spraying and eradication programs in accordance with site plans;
- implement the feral animal control programs;
- complete waste management task and general technical tasks as required;
- complete data entry of biosecurity results; and
- support implementation of environmental improvement projects;
- minimum 2 years industry experience;
- experience or knowledge in noxious weed, feral animal and dieback controls;
- verification of competency to operate the site tractor;
- ability to work autonomously in the field for extended periods of time; and
- ability to adapt to a changing work environment;
**Competencies**

The incumbent should have the following competencies:

- Provide First Aid;
- Current ‘C’ class Drivers Licence;
- Dieback Green Card Certification (Desirable);
- High Risk Licence - Forklift (Desirable);
- Front End Loader Operation Certification (Desirable); and
- Operate and Maintain Chainsaw Certification (Desirable).
