**Overview**
SA Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-time, Ongoing Dietitian to join our exceptional team at the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network (BHFLHN) Southern Fleurieu Community, located in the picturesque Fleurieu Peninsula region.
In this multifaceted role, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of inpatients and community members, providing expert dietary guidance and support. Your expertise will span across various areas, including clinical dietetics, community nutrition, and health promotion initiatives.
As a integral part of our interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive nutrition assessments, developing personalised dietary plans, and providing evidence-based counselling to individuals with diverse nutritional needs.
To excel in this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent and be eligible for credentialing with the Dietitians Association of Australia. Exceptional communication skills, a commitment to continuous professional development, and a genuine passion for improving the health and well-being of others are essential.
