We are a carpentry company that specialises in conventional cut timber and roof framing, as well as undertaking pre-fab constructions, renovations and second storey extensions, across Sydney and surrounding suburbs. Our team is highly motivated, experienced and ready to provide you on the job training for the various work types we undertake.

**Job description / About You**

We are currently recruiting for a first year apprentice carpenter to join our team. We are looking for an applicant who is reliable, has an eagerness to learn, and is motivated with the **ability to carry out physically demanding work**.

The successful applicant will learn all aspects of carpentry whilst completing their study to obtain a qualification in Construction Carpentry upon completion.
- White card is essential.
- Licence or an ability to get on site is a must (vehicle does not need to be a utility)

A standard work day commences at 7am and finishes at 3.30, however we have plenty of overtime and weekend work available. As an apprentice, you will be working alongside our tradesmen learning all aspects of carpentry. Your tasks will not be limited to your years as an apprentice, and we are more than happy to get you involved in advance tasks to further your learning and skills as you demonstrate your competency and eagerness to learn and advance your capabilities.

We have plenty of over time and Saturday work available to help you earn extra money while you complete your apprenticeship. We also do not expect you to have a full suite of tools on commencement with our company, and are happy to provide advice into what equipment will be useful to obtain over time as you progress into a tradesman.

**Salary**: $37,480.00 - $76,073.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
