About the Role

Accounting Clerk is responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to your customers. The Accounting Clerk is responsible to support the smooth and efficient running of the Accounting Department

Some of the responsibilities include:

- Preparing and coordinating daily banking, ensuring deposits, and reflected in bank statement next day
- Issuing of petty cash and ensuring proper signature and supporting attached.
- Keep record of credit card transactions slips and reconcile all the daily credit car
- Assisting in credit card queries as directed by the Accountant/ Shared Service Company.

- Daily checking of charge-backs, investigate the reasons and resolve with Front Office and Payment Gateway Company.
- Reconciliation of Gift cards and keeping the track of utilization and balance.

**Qualifications**:

- Qualification in Finance or Accounting highly regarded
- Work experience in a hotel or similar large organisation desirable
- Strong computer skills
