**Position overview**

The Centre for Learning and Teaching (CLT) provides expert advice and support in delivering innovative learning and teaching services through collaborative partnerships across the University. CLT is a service division and has a strong orientation to stakeholder collaboration and provision of high quality services to ANU colleges and the education community.

Continuing Education (CE) within the Centre for Learning and Teaching (CLT) is seeking an Education Support Officer to join the team. This role will perform education support and administration duties across ANU Extension, Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) and Staff Education (SE) as dictated by need and workload fluctuations. This role contributes to a wide range of activities across the three CE portfolios and requires significant administrative, time management, organisational and communication skills.

Your main duties will be to:

- Provide operational, education and administrative support to ANU extension, CCE and SE.
- Establish effective working relationships with key staff and stakeholders that contribute to successful outcomes.
- Create and maintain relevant databases, contact lists, and program statistics.
- Gather and analyse data for the preparation of reports to aid in ongoing operational planning processes.

To succeed, you will have:

- Prior experience working within a similar educational support/administrative role within a tertiary or higher education organisation.
- Experience delivering education programs.
- Excellent computer skills including, proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel), Database management and learning management systems (Moodle).
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of diverse stakeholders.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with strong problem-solving skills.
