**The Role**

We are looking to recruit an accomplished senior marketing manager for the role of Group Head Australia for Client Direct and Independent Agencies relationships.

The aim of the role will be to identify market opportunities and advise on the development, co-ordination and implementation of plans for pricing and promoting an organisations goods and services. The Group Head will be part of the marketing team working across all of Australia. As part of the role, they will need to manage and run their own P&L, and as a result will manage their own team to ensure success across the business. They will be responsible for maximising the on-team potential to both win and deliver all marketing results; from display campaigns through to six figure brand partnerships. In addition, the Group Head will need expert knowledge of the digital marketing and social sector, a proven track record of managing significant marketing campaigns and a very strong set of senior contacts across the market. The Group Head will be expected to continually evolve LADbible’s marketing products and successes whilst inspiring and leading their team.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with senior management to deliver the key marketing objectives with a focus on building business across Australia.
- Strategically develop the business by utilising your senior marketing agency and independent agency contacts
- Identifying key clients across the group and develop a marketing strategy to secure and nurture new and repeat business 
- Develop and manage trading partnerships, ensuring revenue is maximised
- Regularly appraise and forecast marketing goals for the group and report to senior management and key stakeholders in the business
- As part of the marketing management team, meet regularly with the other members to help create and manage a culture of excellence 
- Be confident and able to report performance at any time with key stakeholders including General Manager and Founders
- Regularly assessing competitor’s marketing strengths and weaknesses and use this to make commercial product recommendations 
- Work closely and consultatively with key divisions internally such as Content, Product and Projects, Sales and Ad Ops
- Successfully and positively represent the LADbible Group at all relevant events

**The Person**
- Have extensive and proven experience working in a fast-paced digital marketing and ideally social media environment
- Must be able to demonstrate strong knowledge in the digital and (ideally) social media space and use this to be able to develop marketing strategy
- An exceptional knowledge of the Australian marketing landscape with senior contacts at all key levels
- Proven ability to manage and marketing key accounts and senior level
- Proven experience managing multi-platform branded content solutions, as well as solid knowledge of digital marketing display and programmatic.
- Proven ability to manage commercial contracts and ensure the best possible delivery 
- The ability to work closely with senior management to deliver strategic goals
- To be able to successfully communicate and work closely with project management and delivery teams marketing goals.
- To be able to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment

**Salary**: $53,480.23 - $142,485.04 per year
