Recruitment process:

- Overseeing applicant pool and assessing suitability and availabilities of roles.
- Coordinating interviews with applicant and relevant staff and conduct reference checks.
- Ensuring all compliance items are met in accordance with Disability workers.
- Onboarding new employees and coordinating inductions and training.

Oversee employees:

- Managing the employee life cycle from onboarding too off boarding.
- Evaluate staff needs and manage staff wellness initiatives, support, and guidance.
- Manage employee personal files and HR system records up to date with employee information.
- Facilitate development and performance management process, employee engagement and workforce planning.
- Contacting staff (when necessary, using Interpreters funded by EAF).

NDIS Compliance:

- Manage and coordinate staff as per COVID-19.
- Up to date with state mandates
- Keep up to date with SCHADS Award
- Worker Screening requirements
- NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
- Assist with Audit requirements to ensure compliance with NDIS Quality & Safeguard Commission.

HR Administration and generalist duties:

- Attend to HR inbox, ensuring all queries from employees and management are addressed
- Interpret and update changes as needed in accordance with Fair Work, NES, NDIS and SCHADS.
- Provide HR / IR advise to managers and accounts teams.
- Update and write up position descriptions, staff resources and documents.
- Drive HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives contributing to workflow improvement and organisational efficiency.
- Advise and support business decisions on various HR matters including performance improvement, disciplinary actions, WorkCover and applicable Awards.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.61 - $47.28 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Moorebank, NSW 2170: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
