Mechanical Draftsperson

GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is an ASX listed (GNG) engineering consulting and contracting organisation providing high quality process engineering design and construction services to the resources and mineral processing industry. **The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking a **Mechanical Draftsperson** to join our growing office team based in Brisbane. Reporting to the Drawing Office Manager, you will play an integral role in the design of wet and dry mineral process plants and bulk material handling projects.

**Key Responsibilities of the role**:

- Produce models and detailed technical drawings, in accordance with standards, policies and procedures
- Communicate with the project team, provide updates, raise issues and attend team meetings
- Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to ensure designs are accurate, feasible and meet project requirements
- Deliver and contribute to practical solutions
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior team members

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- 10+ years’ multi-discipline experience in a full delivery EPC environment
- Proficient in the design layout of mineral processing plants
- Advance diploma or equivalent in Engineering is desirable
- Experience with SolidEdge, SolidWorks or Inventor is desirable
- Full and Unrestricted Australian working rights
