**The Role**:
We work with some of the biggest suppliers in the country and our commitment to quality is a key factor in maintaining these partnerships. As a **Compliance and Admin Assistant** working in the Compliance and Operations team your role will be to work with our sales team and support them in their day-to-day activities to perfect their processes and maintain compliance. To help you succeed, we will train, support and coach you on a range of systems and how best to communicate with your teammates and external suppliers. Like the rest of us, you will grow with the business.
If you have worked in a sales or customer service phone-based role but want to transition out of a customer facing position we want to talk to you. The role is based at our brand new Cremorne office, a stone’s throw from Richmond station. Casual, part time or full-time will be considered, to work around your other commitments. We are looking for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
**Key Tasks include**:
- Reviewing sales calls to assess quality and compliance metrics
- Provide feedback, coaching and training to the sales team
- Provide administrative sales support
- Processing sales orders
- Troubleshooting issues
- Liaising with our suppliers as needed
- General administration and sales support as required
**What skills and experience you will need to be**:
- A skilled communicator (verbal and written)
- Quick to learn new things, including Beevo processes and systems
- Able to work with high levels of accuracy when inputting data
- Professional and bring a positive attitude to work
- Emotionally intelligent and able to put yourself in the shoes of others
- Highly organised with an astute attention to detail
- Desirable but not essential: experience in energy, telecommunications, and/or phone-based sales roles
**What are the pay and perks?**
- Full time salary $50,000-$60,000 a year or pro rata/casual equivalent
- Hours can be flexible (within 9am -5pm) to work around your other commitments

- Brand new Cremorne office (the Silicon Valley of Melbourne)
- Charity, sports and events run throughout the year
- Monday to Friday - no weekends
