Ferrovial Construction is internationally recognized for its capacity to design and build civil engineering and construction projects, mainly in large transportation infrastructure. **FUNCIONES**:

- Reportando al Jefe del Parque Maquinaria en España, se encargará de todas las tareas relacionadas con maquinaria en un importante proyecto en Australia.
- Inicialmente se incorporará en gran proyecto en ejecución por parte de Ferrovial Construcción Australia integrado en su estructura y con reporte igualmente al Parque de Maquinaria.
- Asegurar los más altos estándares de Salud, Seguridad y Bienestar y mantener una actitud de "Seguridad Primero" durante todo el proyecto.
- Supervisará, gestionará y dirigirá equipos tanto de maquinaria como de personal propios y de subcontratistas y todo lo relacionado con los procesos de ejecución.
- Desarrollo de informes y estudios tanto técnicos como económicos desde el Parque de Maquinaria en los diferentes proyectos que se puedan plantear en la Dirección de país.
- Elaboración del presupuesto del proyecto (MASTER, APO, PAS), informes mensuales de costes, análisis de desviaciones e implementación de medidas de mitigación en colaboración con los jefes de producción o de tramo una vez integrado en el Proyecto y a su vez con el Parque de Maquinaria.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la empresa y del proyecto, los estándares de calidad medioambiente y eficiencia energética y aquellos procedimientos que lleven a la mejora continua de la organización.
- Colaboración con los responsables de las áreas de producción para identificar oportunidades de ingeniería de valor y de procesos que proporcionarán ahorros de costos y/o cronogramas.
- Desarrollar y mantener una relación de trabajo con los diferentes responsables del proyecto y con el Parque de Maquinaria.

**Requisitos**:

- Máster o Licenciatura en Ingeniería Civil.
- Mínimo 20 años de experiência en la gestión de proyectos.
- Experiência acreditada en ejecución de proyectos con medios propios y con Parques de Maquinaria.
- Experiência acreditada en Maquinaria y Procesos de ejecución y técnicas empleadas en construcción de Autopistas (Aglomerado, Áridos, Hormigón, Firmes, Tierras, etc.).
- Altamente conocedor en la gestión de todas las áreas de un proyecto de construcción.
- Experiência acreditada en trabajos de construcción de Autopistas, carreteras en países anglosajones, se valorará en Australia.
- Buenas habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y experiência en la gestión de equipos de proyectos.
- Orientación al cliente.
- Inglés fluido imprescindible.
- Uso competente de software operativo como: Paquete Office, MS Project, Presto, Programas CAD (Autocad) y programas específicos para control de costes.
- La persona será localizada en Australia.
