Our client is well on the way to revolutionising the childcare industry. They oversee everything from conception to completion, including design, construction, and leasing, and they are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Foreman to join their team for a project in Orange, NSW.

**Day to Day, You Will**
- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on site, including the structural design of the basement carpark
- Manage schedules, ensuring the project is completed on time, within scope and on budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the project is completed to specification and in compliance with relevant building codes and regulations
- Ensuring all workers on site are following proper safety protocols
- Managing resources such as materials, equipment, and labour

**Who Are You?**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Site Foreman, with a focus on childcare centres or similar projects
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations, including those specific to childcare centres and basement carparks
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
