- This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of mental health services in Victoria
- The role is a part-time fixed term 0.5eft role, ending June 2024
- You will be part of a supportive, passionate, and experienced team

- The Clinical Educator will support the development of the new Department of Health, Victoria funded
- _Lived, and Living Experience Workforces’ Development Program _(LLEWs). This program directly addresses recommendations from the Royal Commission into Victoria’s mental Health Services (2021).**The Royal Melbourne Hospital**

**Your success in this role, will be in your ability to**
- Draw on your extensive experience working in mental health services (Minimum four-years post registration)
- Respond to the workforce development needs of the whole mental health workforce
- Utilise the knowledge gained from your degree, post grad, Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and/or from your industry experience in designing and delivering training
- Work effectively and efficiently in the CMHL team

**Your Contribution**
- You will be a passionate and committed individual who values collective contribution and works from a values-based and strengths approach
- Work effectively and respectfully with colleagues, deferring your own power to elevate the voice of those most impacted by the problem, issue, or question under discussion
- Have experience in leading or contributing to projects and/or service development, including co-design or co-production initiatives
