- Plan and deliver facilitator training in accredited Agency intensive offending programs.
- Provide clinical advice and oversight to senior staff responsible for intensive program delivery, including sexual, violence and general offending programs.
- Provide targeted clinical supervision for delivery sites of intensive offending programs.
- Monitor and review quality of program delivery, and work with sites to address any issues impacting program effectiveness.
- Maintain timely, accurate and up to date records of advice and supervision provided.
- Maintain own level of knowledge of contemporary offender programs research and practices.
- Undertake case conferences with operational sites regarding appropriate assessment and referrals to programs.
- Oversee development of plans and strategies to ensure effective and efficient use of program delivery resources, including establishing delivery targets and monitoring demand.
- Coordinate state-wide allocation processes for intensive programs.
- Coordinate reporting processes to ensure delivery targets are measured and regularly reported.
- Ensure maintenance, accuracy and appropriateness of records and intervention reports for appropriate authorities.
- Monitor and audit service delivery and offender program practices and records to ensure quality, continuity and consistency.
- Liaise with relevant managers to implement corrective strategies where required to ensure high quality program or service delivery.
- Ensure outputs and high-quality outcomes are met, including planning, monitoring and reporting.
- Proactively identify issues, trends and risks to ensure efficient service delivery is achieved.
- Manage and analyse data from a number of sources to facilitate efficient service delivery planning.
- Identify, address and elevate risks that impact on high quality, efficient service delivery.
- Identify and develop strategies to respond to any emerging risks to the effectiveness of sexual offending program delivery.
- Establish clear project plans and timeframes for project implementation and completion.
- Share information effectively with stakeholders critical to the project.
- Respond in a flexible manner to changes and adjust plans as required, persisting despite difficult circumstances.
- Commit to achieving quality outcomes and adhere to procedures.
- Seek feedback from management and elevate risk as appropriate.
- Approach negotiations with a clear understanding of issues, drivers and desired outcomes.
- Undertake evaluation and developmental activities that align with the strategic direction of the Agency.
- Promote the value of offender programs.
- Build strong relationships and contribute to strategic partnerships with relevant agencies.
- Maintain strong internal and external professional networks.
- Identify and respond appropriately to risks arising from sexual offender program delivery including appropriate liaison with Manager/Director, Operational Directorates and site management as required.
- Maintain own level of knowledge of legislation, policy and procedures in relation to offender management.

A degree in psychology, education, social work or a related discipline is mandatory for this role.
Possession of post graduate qualifications (or significant progress towards post graduate qualifications) in a relevant field would be highly regarded.
