Apprentice Baker

**About the role**:
Tip Top is currently seeking an Apprentice to be trained as a Baker for our 2023 Apprenticeship Program based at our Bendigo site. S/he will be required to attend training with the trade college/university as part of our Apprenticeship Program. If you are motivated, have the drive, want to learn a skill and join a great team, this is your opportunity.

**The ideal person would have**:

- Mechanically minded with strong numeracy skills
- Sound communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Passion for food
- A “can do” attitude and quick on the uptake
- Own transport and possess current driver’s license
- Australian citizen or Permanent Resident

After the first year, you will be required to work on different shifts across shifts, all days of the week and across the different production operations with qualified personnel. You must be reliable, enthusiastic and committed to completing the Apprenticeship Program.
