The Lumus team in Knox private Hospital in Wantirna is looking for a Head receptionist to lead the team of approximately 10 FTE in this full-time position working in a large tertiary private hospital environment managing staff, as well as day to day reception duties.

**You will be responsible for all reception duties including**:

- Training, Mentoring & Development of staff.
- Manage all aspects of the practice administration.
- Customer service and care
- Make exam bookings
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management
- Clerical staff rostering
- Medicare billing, private health fund billing and banking
