Seeking chef's of all levels for our barefoot, BYO friendly trattoria by the sea, Chiosco by Ormeggio?
**Position: Commis, Demi & Chef de Partie (Multiple Roles Available)**
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Chef de Partie stars to join our kitchen crew in Larder, Grill, Main Course, and Pasta sections.
**What You Bring to the Table**:
- A current working visa or Australian residency
- Prior Italian cuisine experience
- Good English skills (Italian? Even better, but not a must)
- A flair for personal grooming and presentation
- Ability to juggle tasks and shine under pressure as part of our team
- A positive vibe, eager to learn, share, and contribute
- Keen attention to detail and a passion for food and fantastic guest experiences
- Flexibility for varied hours, including weekends and holidays - we are a seven day operation so there is scope for flexibility
**Essential Qualifications**:
- At least 1 year in Italianrestaurants
- Formal cooking qualification
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Pasta experience is favoured
- Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate

Our venue is based in Mosman, about 20 minutes bus ride from Sydney CBD - this role would definitely suit a local to the Northern Beaches or Lower North Shore.

Pay: $31.23 - $43.09 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
