You will be responsible but not limited too;
- Maintaining employee files and records, ensuring all relevant data is collected and updated
- Undertake other related ad hoc administration duties as required
- Deal effectively and efficiently with internal queries to ensure the effective resolution of payroll related queries and issues with the Payroll team
- Give accurate advice and customer service relating to payroll enquiries and reporting
- Assist with end-to-end payroll processing
- Payroll general ledger journal entry and account reconciliations
- Payroll on-costs (workcover, payroll tax) returns and reconciliations
- Administration
