**Forward Facing seek a Security Cleared NV1**
**Commercial Manager** to provide procurement and contract administration support.

**Duties will include**:

- Provide knowledge and expertise in leading a strategic and complex activity.
- Draft liability risk assessments and identify commercial risks.
- Develop procurement artefacts.
- Draft contractual artefacts for complex sustainment activities.
- Provide accurate and timely commercial advice and guidance to stakeholders.
- Support tender clarifications.
- Support negotiations with prime contractors.
- Develop the Contract Management Plan and other contractual artefacts.

**Essential Skills required**:

- Must have formal contracting qualifications.
- Must have extensive understanding of probity and evaluation in a commercial environment.
- Must have extensive experience in procurement/contract management administration, practices and processes in Government (Commonwealth or State/Territory) preferably more than 8 years.
- Must have the ability to identify contract management risks.
- Must have experience in liaising with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Must have extensive experience in ASDEFCON suite of contracting templates or equivalent complex contracting documentation.
- Must have previous experience in the CASG / Defence.

- Hold an active NV1 Australian Security Defence Clearance.
