This strategic design and innovation consultancy tackle a fascinating range of projects, including designing new brands, creating long-term innovation strategies, coaching in-house innovators, spearheading strategic service design, and trouble-shooting new product ideas and much, much more. Clients are a mix of commercial and not for profit organisations who all share one key similarity - they strive to innovate and need help getting there

**About you**
- You might be a recent graduate or junior project manager/strategist in a similar role who wants to propel your career forwards in a fun, challenging, creative environment
- BCII or similar qualification would be an advantage
- A no egos, roll with the punches attitude
- Strong understanding of qualitative research methodologies, either from your studies or professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An adventurous, curious, creative spirit with a great sense of humour
