Trainee Dealer

In this position, you will play a key role in creating an unforgettable and positive experience for our customers each and every time.

**Full-time training will run from the 20**
**th**
**March - 29th**
**April 2023**

Successful completion of the training will lead to a position as a
**Part Time Dealer** on a
**permanent night shift roster**.

**Our first assessment centre will run on Friday 10**
**th**
**February 2023, and if you’re successful in progressing to the second assessment centre, this will run on Tuesday 14th**
**February 2023. You will need to be available on these dates.**
- **Please note that this a night shift position and you must be prepared and available to work nights and weekends.**

We have the following Part Time positions available:
Part time 3:
**64 to 128 hours per 4 week cycle**

Part Time 4:
**76 to 152 hours per 4 week cycle**

**To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following**:

- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to customers on all different levels
- Ability to work a 24/7 roster
- Commitment to full time training from **20**th** March - 29th** April 2023 **including day shift and night shift training
- Sound experience in customer service orientated roles desirable
- Integrity and reliability and to be seen as a direct and truthful individual
- Ability to comply with all relevant rules, procedures and processes
- Ability to adapt and show resilience in a fast paced environment
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Willingness to complete a Certificate III in Hospitality
