Located in the beautiful Southern Highlands of NSW, 1.5 hours south-west of Sydney

**Opportunity Awaits**
The water services branch of council is responsible for the construction and maintenance of Council’s water and wastewater assets. As part of a team you will assist with a range of activities including inspections, maintenance, repair and renewal of the water and wastewater network assets. No two days will be the same

**Selection Criteria**:
1. A willingness to undertake Certificate III in Water Industry Operations or equivalent trade qualification in the wastewater industry;
2. A commitment to participate in and learn maintenance activities related to wastewater network assets, including competencies in operation of large/small plant, tools and equipment;
3. Good level of communication and literacy skills and ability to work as part of a team;
4. WHS Construction Induction White Card or willingness to obtain one;
5. A willingness to undertake Confined Spaces qualifications; and
6. A willingness to undertake Medium Rigid (MR) Drivers Licence.
