**About this role**:
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner under Direct Focus Solutions, you will have the opportunity to join a growing multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals within Sydney. You will join a provider that has attracted a range of qualified practitioners across diverse fields such as psychology, occupational therapy, social work, speech pathology, and neurofeedback training.
- Be a talented individual with relevant qualifications and previous experience (at least 6 months) along with certification and/or registration as a NDIS endorsed Behaviour Support Practitioner.
- Be committed to the values and principles the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Behaviour Support Capability Framework
- Be passionate about helping people, innovative, ideas driven, and have proven experience in developing strategies and problem-solving solutions to improve the overall welfare and functioning of clients
- Be adept at communicating with clients and other stakeholders through both verbal and written means
- Produce highly professional reporting that is clear, succinct, and goal directed in a timely manner
- Hold a current driver’s license and have reliable access to their own vehicle

Applicants will be supported by DFS to receive any additional documentation or registration that may be required in line with any necessary initiatives.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
