**About the Role**

This is a unique position working within a large student accommodation complex, in the southern suburbs. This role will include completing basic cleaning inspections across student houses. Work closely with students to ensure their homes are kept tidy and educate on basic cleaning practises with a small component of cleaning. This is a fulltime position-based Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm.

**Essential Requirements**
- Able to pass and willing to obtain both a DCSI (within 3 years) & National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- High customer service skills with a friendly demeanour
- High standard of work, cleanliness and attention to detail
- Own reliable transport to get to and from work
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical
- Able to work autonomously and use initiative
- Have a smartphone to clock in and out of shifts
