**Job Description**:
Always lending a helping hand with a smile. As a Bell Captain, your passion for the property, and your respect for our guests’ belongings will ensure that our guests Feel Welcome as soon as they arrive.

**What you will be doing**:

- Ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the Concierge team.
- Maintain presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to the guests.
- Lead by example when attending to guest requests.

**Qualifications**:
Your experience and skills include:

- Having a genuine love of Melbourne and a desire to share your knowledge with our guests.
- Hold full manual driver’s license essential.
- Have the ability to work rotating 7 day roster.
- Be customer focused.
- Have great attention to detail.
- Be reliable and well groomed.

Be a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
