Pretzel Shop Supervisor

We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Pretzel Shop Supervisor at our Northbridge location. If you have a love for pretzels and enjoy leading a team in a fast-paced environment, this role may be perfect for you

As the Pretzel Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring that customers receive top-notch service and that pretzels are made to perfection. You will lead a team of pretzel makers and customer service staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Creating employee schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels
- Ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Training new employees on pretzel making techniques and customer service best practices
- Collaborating with management to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry. You should also have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. A passion for customer service and a love for pretzels are a must

- Availability to work evenings and weekends

**Salary**: $26.18 - $30.00 per hour
