**Job description**:
We are looking for Commvault Backup Specialists/Engineers, who can deliver the management of key backup infrastructure services and associated operational activities in a large enterprise/government environment.

The successful applicant will also be required to
- Follow defined ITSM processes including Incident and Problem analysis and management with technical issues. Perform post Incident reviews and root cause analysis related to the Commvault technologies you'll be supporting.

**Experience Required**:

- Proven experience within the last 5 years working as a backup administrator using, configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting CommVault data backup systems for enterprise environments.
- Experience within storage solutions from midrange to enterprise class storage arrays for enterprise environments. (Hitachi enterprise-class storage knowledge is preferred)
- Proven experience administering, configuring and managing large scale back-up and data protection solutions.
- The following Commvault backup skill sets are required to perform the Job: In-depth knowledge of CommVault Complete Data Protection including

(a) Commvault CommServe and Commcells;
(b) Commvault backup and storage policies;
(c) Commvault MediaAgents;
(d) Commvault backup target libraries; and

(e) Commvault reporting.
