Assist in the day to day operation of the Stores Area and provide support toward inventory activities, planning, receipts, dispatch, storage and the processing of materials / goods / parts and miscellaneous products for Stores / Warehousing Management.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Hold a AGSVA, Baseline Security Clearance
- Knowledge of a stores / warehousing environment.
- Experience with hand tools and moisture handling and competent recognition (manual handling is a requirement as part of the role).
- Excellent attention to detail, problem solving skills and high level personal drive and resilience.
- Very good attention to detail and ability to handle and work effectively under pressure, as you will need to multi-task while ensuring prioritisation of competing tasks.
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Receiving electronic goods and inspecting them
- Preparing and packaging goods for dispatch, including completion of relevant documentation and following relevant legislation, guidelines and standards.
- Creating kits for product builds, including selecting materials for making up kits and dealing with any kitting issues that arise.
- Completing activities / documentation for specific deliveries (e.g. customs and dangerous goods); ensuring compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements.
- Current Drivers Licence required as picking up stock in local region as required.
- Assist with inventory issues and returns to and from warehouses.
- Accurate data entry into computer based inventory management system.
