**Travel Requirements**:
Ability to frequently travel throughout Australasia, involving upwards of 75% of your time.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
Delivering high quality training services at an exemplary standard is our goal. You will train customers and employees in using Modular products by using audio/visuals, in-seat, class room, hands-on training methods to improve system usage and improve customer value. Additionally, you will problem solve system malfunctions by troubleshooting and testing codes to verify system functionality. Furthermore, you will develop training modules by creating documentation, audio-visual, and other tools to enable delivery of professional training services.

**Required Skills**:

- Extensive experience as a Dispatcher responsible for operating the DISPATCH® on a mine site
- Extensive experience in Mine Operations/Pit Supervisor experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Frequent travel throughout Australasia, involving upwards of 75% of your time, is an essential requirement of the position
- High energy levels with the ability to motivate and engage participants

**Desired Skills**:

- Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment
