**Looking for an Experienced Cleaning Supervisor**

We have an exciting opportunity for a cleaning supervisor to join our team.

Located in Burwood

**Working Days: Thursday to Monday**

**Working hours**: 9.30am - 6pm 5 days a week

**Key Accountabilities**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate cleaning equipment efficiently and safely.
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage schedules and assign tasks to team members.
- Order and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Address any cleaning-related issues or complaints promptly.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

**Requirements**:

- The ability to use machinery will be highly regarded i.e., Floor scrubbers, polishers, and buffers.
- Friendly demeanour
- Punctual and reliable
- Current Police Check (mandatory)
- Proof of right to work in Australia (mandatory)
- Have a great attitude & willingness to learn
- Take pride in your workmanship and have a good eye for detail

Pay: $25.80 - $51.60 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

**Experience**:

- Cleaning supervisor: 1 year (required)
- Cleaning: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (required)
