Kingsford Smith School is a P-10 school that operates as Professional Learning Community (PLC). Our vision is that all young people at Kingsford Smith School learn, thrive, and are equipped with the skills to lead fulfilling productive and responsible lives. We are seeking a dynamic and flexible school leader with high-level pedagogy and curriculum leadership skills to lead wellbeing for years 6-10. The successful applicant will demonstrate expertise and a proven ability to work in a team to create safe, supportive and engaging learning environments for all students. They will exhibit sound leadership skills in fulfilling the Disability Education Contact Officer (DECO) role and lead the Inclusive Education teaching Team in the middle and secondary school with a focus on high levels of learning for all students, collaboration and results-driven practice.

**Eligibility/Other Requirements**:
Prior to commencing in this role a minimum of four years full time (or equivalent) tertiary study leading to the award of a recognised school teaching qualification; a current full teaching registration with the ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) (or eligibility for teacher registration with the ACT TQI) and a current registration issued under the _Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011_ is required.
