**Job Description**:
Sodexo have an opening for an Operations Support Officer to join our Facilities Maintenance team based out of our Balcatta office.
- Support management of the day to day operations of the Facilities Maintenance business unit.
- Promote customer centric culture across the Facilities Maintenance Team in alignment to the Sodexo Values
- Support the initiation and development of processes and operating procedures in which enhance the Facilities
- Maintenance business unit service delivery.
- Support alignment and compliance to internal Sodexo, and external client processes and procedures to support
- conformance to contractual management plans.
- Support continuous improvement of processes and operating procedures to increase efficiency, simplify work
- practices, leverage IT system capabilities and maintain industry best practice.
- Work closely with other business streams of the Facilities Maintenance, Village Services and Service Centre to
- provide a synergized, efficient service to the client and optimize shared processes.
- Support development and maintenance of a strong team culture, with consistency of service across multiple sites
- in the portfolios
- Provide direct support to the Facilities Maintenance Leadership Team, for all operational and project tasks.
- Assist data collection, data analysis and presentation preparation of high level presentations and reports.
- Prioritisation and coordination of departmental projects and initiatives.
- Assist the resolution of escalated issues, taking ownership and ensuring outcome.
- Develop and maintain strong rapport with staff and managers at all levels.
- Human resource management and recruitment for the Facilities Maintenance management team.
- Administering performance reviews, development plans and performance progress.
- Support upskilling and training of operational Leaders in line with enhanced processes and prodecures.
- General Administration Duties:

- Maintain team SharePoint folder system, archiving and document control and management.
- Maintain and support management of business unit Action Trackers and Performance Progress Reports.
- Manage and coordinate development workshops, business unit meetings, client partnership meetings and
- events.
- Assist with travel arrangements, inclusive but not limited to the Facilities Maintenance Senior Leadership Team.
- Assist the Facilities Maintenance site operations as required.
- Management and maintenance of the Regional Facilities Maintenance Senior Leadership roster
- Management of the Facilities Maintenance Manager calendar and diary
- Management and maintenance of the Facilities Maintenance regional roster/s

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience in administration management/office management
- Intermediate to advanced word processing and computing skills, including Microsoft suite
- Organized, with attention to detail.
