This consultancy is a leader in leadership and organisational development, is seeking a dedicated Leadership Development Specialist/Learning Designer to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver innovative leadership solutions that meet their diverse client needs and drive real organisational change.
**Role Overview**:
As a Leadership Development Specialist/Learning Designer, you will be instrumental in developing bespoke leadership development programs aligned with best-practice organisational development (OD) theories. Their work will directly impact their clients by enhancing their leadership capabilities and fostering high-performing cultures.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and implement executive and senior leadership development solutions based on rigorous leadership theories.
- Consult with clients to identify unique needs and craft tailored solutions.
- Lead the quality and execution of design projects from conception through to post-delivery, managing scope and budget.
- Facilitate innovative and co-creative sessions with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and excellence in learning outcomes.
- Drive thought leadership and contribute to the growth of their core solutions and offerings.
- Design, deploy, and analyse leadership, culture, and capability assessments to enhance client strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in learning technologies and methodologies to continuously improve their offerings.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, OD, Leadership Development, or a related field (desirable).
- Extensive experience in leadership development, learning design, and organisational development.
- Facilitation experience and consulting background (desirable).
