**Duties (may include but not limited to)**
- Answer and distribute incoming phone calls
- Meet and greet visitors and clients
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Coordinate and prepare meeting rooms
- Order stationery, office supplies and manage deliveries
- Maintain archive and filing systems

**Skills & Experience**
- You will have a warm, welcoming and professional telephone manner
- Be flexible and adaptable
- Excellent administrative and customer service skills
- Enjoy multi-tasking, using your initiative and being proactive
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite
