Our client is looking for an energetic and dedicated individual to join their team as an Assistant Store Manager in Melbourne's South East.
As a leading supplier of high-quality spare parts, catering to the diverse needs of automotive enthusiasts and professionals. With a commitment to excellence, they take pride in offering a vast selection of parts to ensure their customers' vehicles run at peak performance.

**Role and Responsibilities**: As their Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of their store operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate stock levels and efficient inventory control.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, offering expert advice on parts and services.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Sales Performance: Drive sales and achieve targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
