Onsite Complex/property Manager

Our client is a boutique, family-owned company that focuses on high-caliber residential property across the north side of Brisbane, and has done so for almost 2 decades

This unique position will have you working across 3 local sites, managing a portfolio of new 2-4 bedroom off-the-plan townhouses.

This position is open due to growth and would suit a pro-active, self-starter with 5+ years of PM experience.

**Day to day your role will include, but will not be limited to**:

- WFH flexibility
- Experienced PM to support you
- Entry, Exit and Routine inspections
- Tenancy agreements and notices
- Arranging repairs & maintenance
- Arrears Management
- Prepare and attend QCAT hearings if needed
- Day-to-day communication with residents and owners
- Working within a Strata & Body Corporates environment
- Building management / caretaking
- Using PropertyMe software

**To be considered for this role you must**:

- Have previous experience in Property Management
- QLD Certificate of Registration
- Legislation knowledge
- Strong attention to detail & organisational skills
- Outstanding telephone manner & time management
- Corporate presentation
