**The Company**

Our client is an international company and industry leader in electronic engineering and industrial automation. They have been established in Australia for over 20 years, experiencing year on year growth and setting themselves apart as true specialists who provide a superior, value-added service for their customers. Located in Mulgrave, the bright, modern corporate office has been newly fitted out with several break-out areas and a fabulous kitchen, on-site parking and bbq facilities etc. The Managing Director is possibly one of the nicest bosses you’ll ever work for and fosters a collaborative, team oriented, supportive friendly work environment.

**The Role**

This is a fabulous and rare opportunity for an HR Grad with 1-2 years experience to jump right in and fully immerse themselves in the full end-to-end HR function. With the support of the MD and delightful external HR Consultant, you'll be involved in everything from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, staff engagement, salary reviews, policies and procedures, HR admin and a range of HR projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Preparing letters of offer and employment contracts
- Induction and onboarding
- Organise and implement relevant training and career development plans
- Support managers in the probation period reviews and oversee performance management program
- Salary reviews
- Support external payroll supplier in processing monthly payroll
- Review remuneration and benefits program
- Maintain records of milestone anniversaries
- Liaise with external lawyers on employment law issues
- Manage the health & safety functions and ensure compliance company wide(government reporting, policies and procedures, working from home policy, dealing with work related injuries and labor disputes)
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Responsible for all HR administration

**Skills and Experience**

We're looking for a bright, enthusiastic and proactive HR Graduate with a minimum 1-2 years experience in an HR role. You'll be keen to learn and equally keen to roll-up-your-sleeves and get things done in this friendly, supportive, down-to-earth environment. HR degree essential along with great communication skills and a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
