On Point Mechanical Services Pty Ltd are looking to recruit a Workshop Administration Assistant / Apprentice Parts Interpreter to join our company. Initially, you will be working under close direction using established practices, procedures, and instructions.

**About the Opportunity**

**Tasks will include, but are not limited to**:

- Reception duties and various administration tasks
- Meeting and greeting clients into the office providing first class customer service
- Printing and scanning documents
- Assisting workshop foreman and office manager with day to day tasks
- Manage the workshop diary / create and print job bookings and job cards for the workshop floor
- Ordering of parts for the workshop / stock control / stock takes
- Entering parts invoices to jobs and preparing jobs for invoicing
- Working as a team to keep a clean and tidy workshop
- Have a friendly personality
- Be reliable and punctual
- Have a great attitude towards new challenges & professional development
- Show a high attention to detail and strong have organisational skills
- Drivers licence and a reliable vehicle highly regarded
