**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records and files.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to disability services.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government officials, service providers, and community organizations, to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
- Conduct research and analysis on disability-related issues, preparing reports and recommendations for senior management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and systems to track relevant information and statistics.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to internal and external stakeholders regarding disability services and programs.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes in the disability sector.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the disability sector or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of disability issues, legislation, and policies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
- Proficient in using office software and technology, including MS Office Suite and database management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyse, and present data effectively.
