Laundry Personnel

**About the role**:
New and experienced laundry personnel will support our residents in one of many locations located across Victoria.
- Ensure the provision of the highest possible standards of quality laundry services
- Comply with the recommended processes for each garment
- Keep the laundry maintained in a clean and safe manner
- Ensure adequate supply of laundry/clean clothing is available at all times to contribute to resident’s comfort, physical appearance and sense of self-esteem.
- Assist the Hotel Services Coordinator in the leadership, mentoring and supervision to Laundry Assistants
- Promote a harmonious team approach to the delivery of Laundry services.
- Promote and participate in quality activities, and provide outstanding customer service maintaining friendly, supportive and professional relationships with residents, their relatives and friends.
- Organised and keen to serve, you appreciate and respond to resident needs by listening and communicating well
- Ensure resident privacy and dignity is always maintained

**Essentials for working in Aged Care**:

- A current Working With Children & Vulnerable People card
- Current and ongoing flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations
