ABOUT THE ROLE
Lake Imaging are searching for Customer Care Specialist to join our team located in Geelong. You will use your superstar customer service experience to provide the best standard of service to our patients dealing with appointment enquiries and scheduling. Ideally you have experience working in the medical or radiology industry, however we want to hear from you if have a genuine interest in a career in the medical/health industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- What You'll Be Doing
- Answering Calls: Be the friendly, professional voice that patients and referrers hear.
- Scheduling: Use our state-of-the-art RIS system - Visage
- Maximising Efficiency: Keep things running smoothly by managing appointments.
- Quoting Fees: Inform patients about fees and Medicare rebates.
- Prepping Patients: Make sure patients know what to do before their visit.

What You Bring
