**The Opportunity**:
This role will see you in the heart of the business Your main objective will be to ensure the day-to -day bookkeeping and administration operations are running seamlessly. Your ability to bring process improvements into the business for us to continue to grow will be welcomed into our team.

Please note you will be situated on the front line of the business.

**Working 8am - 4.30pm on a 9-day fortnight, your duties will include**:

- Assist with telephone enquiries and directing calls.
- Preparing BAS and IAS.
- Preparation of Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Statements.
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable/Debtor Management.
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Invoicing.
- Assisting office manager with lead allocations when required.

**To be successful for this great role you will have**:

- Previous experience in a similar role (min 5 years is desirable).
- Extensive knowledge of all aspects of Bookkeeping.
- Experience with Software Package Xero is essential.
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- A high level of accuracy and a forward-thinking approach to everyday work tasks.
