Our client, a highly regarded real estate agency located in Warragul 3820, is offering an outstanding opportunity to join their team as an Accounts Officer.

**Primarily your role will be responsible for but not limited to**:

- Real Estate Trust Management
- Payroll (around 40 employees)
- Financial reporting including BAS preparation
- Accounts payable/receivable
- HR administration
- Special projects as assigned

**To be considered for this opportunity you will demonstrate the following**:

- Experience working in the real estate industry
- A Financial/Administration qualification would be highly regarded
- Experience in sales & rental trust accounting
- Financial reporting experience
- Payroll, AP/AR, & BAS preparation
- Xero software experience highly desirable

Salary negotiable based on experience.
