Dance Instructor/teacher

Social Dance Company specializes in one-to-one private dance lessons, focusing on teaching social partnership dancing. We use dance as a tool to promote physical well-being, mental health, and personal growth. Our high-end studio offers an inviting atmosphere where clients can experience personalized lessons that cater to their unique needs and goals.

The Role:
As a part-time/casual dance instructor, you will:

- Teach partnership dance styles in private, one-on-one sessions.
- Guide wedding couples in creating and perfecting their first dance, ensuring their special day is memorable.
- Use dance as a means to support clients’ physical and mental well-being.
- Foster a supportive and positive environment for students.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with a diverse range of clients.

Training Provided:
Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you feel confident and prepared to deliver high-quality lessons, even if you don’t have extensive dance experience.
- Well-presented and professional, with a warm and approachable demeanor.
- Available to work in the evenings and on weekends.
- Possesses a strong work ethic and a genuine care for others.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, essential for providing top-tier customer service.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
