**About the Role**:
At Super Gardens, we take pride in crafting and maintaining stunning green spaces for families, communities and sports enthusiasts to enjoy.

As we expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced Greens Keeper to join our team, focusing on the maintenance of elite sporting fields across the central and northern suburbs of Melbourne.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your expertise will contribute to the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces.

**Responsibilities**:

- Hands-on Turf Maintenance: Working collaboratively to provide expert turf management and grounds maintenance services
- Seasonal Maintenance Program: Contributing to the development and implementation of seasonal turf maintenance programs, including weed, pest and disease management, irrigation control, fertilisation and renovations
- Irrigation Management: Overseeing the irrigation system and ensuring optimal moisture control
- General Grounds Maintenance: Performing tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning and weeding to maintain outdoor areas to the highest standards
- Equipment Operation: Utilising a range of horticultural equipment including blowers, hedgers, whipper snippers, push mowers, ride-on mowers and edgers

**About You**:

- Possess a Certificate III in Sports Turf Management
- Have a strong background in sports turf Management
- A manual drivers licence is preferred
- A Chemical Users licence (ACUP) is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent attention to detail
