**NOW HIRING | **A Store Manager for this trusted intimates brand. We are partnering with a well-known retailer to source an inspiring and motivating leader to manage a small team in Melbourne. Ideally, you will be an Assistant Manager looking to take the next step in your career.

**About the role**:
As the Store Manager for this well-known brand, you will be responsible for the following:

- Lead and develop your small team in sales and operations
- Coach and nurture your team to the best of your ability in line with company standards and the support of your regional manager
- Conduct training sessions with your team to drive success
- Excel in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock, and exceeding KPIs.

You will have built your reputation on positive leadership, you approach your role with optimism and a commercial eye, and you are a true people leader who lives and breathes team culture and development.
