**About the role..**:
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Finance Officer to join our dynamic team based in Rydalmere. You will be working proactively and collaboratively with all stakeholders in our Disability Services team. While focusing on accounts receivable invoicing and collections, you will also support month end and other reporting functions.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Timely and accurate entry of invoices.
- Monthly account reconciliations.
- Assisting with month end, and preparation of monthly reports and journals.
- Building effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Preparation of electronic transfers and payments.
- Responding to queries concerning receivable or payable issues.
- Administration of documentation and record keeping.
- Although based in Rydalmere, occasional travel to Milsons Point required.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Finance or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of accounts payable function.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively liaise with internal management and other key business stakeholders.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Demonstrated experience working within a high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, accurately and to stringent deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- High level computer literacy.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- NDIS billing experience desirable.
