Faciliy Supervisor

**About the role**
We are seeking a fulltime Facility Supervisor to join our team at the Murrumba State Secondary College. The Facility Supervisor works on a rotating roster with start/ finish times between 5am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
The purpose of this role is to ensure expected work and cleaning standards, protocols and procedures are met by school officers, cleaners and engaged contractors/technicians to ensure a safe operational environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Effectively coordinate and facilitate maintenance and project tasks
- Work closely with the school to ensure all works are completed safely
- Coordinate the activities of sub-contractors and ensure all works meet expectations
- Maintain project information such as leave schedules, program of works, rosters and timesheets
- Ensuring the appropriate allocation of resources to achieve the plan
- Ensuring all contractual obligations are identified, understood and communicated to the staff
- Lead by example and be a role model for the rest of the team
- Demonstrate personal behavior that upholds Ventia’s values and drive these values on the project

**Experiences & Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a supervisory or people management role
- Customer service experience
- Strong people management and organisational skills
- Strong computer (Office) skills
- Sound SHEQ (Safety Health Environment Quality) Knowledge
