**Our Opportunity**

Reporting to the Distribution Centre (DC) Operations Manager, this role will be based in Lidcombe and will be responsible for the coordination and administration of warehouse activities using the SAP Warehouse Management System. This includes data entry of customer orders and credits, daily pallet reconciliations, SAP shipments and maintaining supplies of office equipment, reporting and problem solving as well as being an active participant in business improvement initiatives including safety.

Main responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

- Order and Shipments management in SAP WMS
- Preparation of shipments
- Prioritising of shipments in line with DC despatch schedule
- Preparation of transport/shipments schedule
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, identify barriers and propose solutions with customers.
- Maintain a centralised filing system to support required record keeping
- Provide information to DC team members as and when required by the manager or Coordinator.
- Participate in the development, maintenance and training of staff within the warehouse management system.
- Complete all tasks and duties as reasonably requested by your leader.
- Pro-actively seek continuous improvement opportunities within the business

To be the successful applicant for the Shipping Clerk role you should have:

- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Strong SAP knowledge and WHMS
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Well organised individual
- Service and team focused
- Analytical thinker
