Our client, a long-established restaurant and reception venue, located in the picturesque Gippsland region are seeking a Front of House to assist in both of their establishments. With a commitment to providing exceptional culinary offerings their restaurant and reception venue provides a perfect setting that showcase’s the best our region has to offer.
Duties will include:
- Assist with managing the front of house operations
- Assist with and setup for events and functions
- Participate in senior management meetings
- Monitor inventory levels and ordering of supplies
- Ad hoc duties as required
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A people person who has initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- A love for events and hospitality
- RSA and a driver’s licence
