We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for full-time permanent Sales Support & Administration to join our Ballarat, VIC branch to help drive instore sales of our agricultural merchandise products.

**About the Opportunities**:
Reporting to the Branch Commercial & Sales Support Manager you will focus on developing strong customer relationships. Our customer base is broad and can include local farmers, primary producers and trade customers and the focus of your role is to provide a memorable experience for all customers either in store or over the telephone whilst:

- Performing branch administrative tasks including accounts payable, expenses, banking, stock control, ordering, receipting
- Processing Livestock sales; commercial and stud auction sales
- Managing vendor and purchaser accounts including reconciliation and debt collection
- Assist customers with pricing and product queries
- Processing counter sales

**What we’ll love about you**:
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment and have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. In addition, you will demonstrate:

- A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships
- Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
- Ability to identify ways to improve internal processes
- Excellent computer skills including SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook & the ability to learn new systems quickly
